I nearly forgot:
Last night, after CYA, my lovely wednesday peeps surprised me with a birthday cake! I really didn't expect that. I was even wondering why they took so super long to come back to the room because for once, I ended my duty on time!!!
Oh oh...and I saw Zheng Yuan Chang, dressed from head to toe in yellow! so cute! Just nice wanted to go east ICA to help with the crowd arriving, so had more chances to look at him!!! ^.^ Whee
But was really happy =)

Just now when I was watching TV, one crashed crashed into another car at the red light. Now, when I'm about to start doing my reflection paper (which is due tmr =S), another car just crashed into the car in front at the red light! Yiiiii!!!!!

HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR!
Thank you all for the birthday surprises and celebrations!!! ^.^ This year's bdae was really fun. LOL.
Took sometime to post this entry because I was busy with CNY celebrations and had no time to post on the blog.
On Saturday (24 Jan), we were supposed to go to Jan's house for early CNY celebration because she sent a sms the day before saying her mum wants to invite us. Well, actually I guessed that it was to celebrate my bdae coz we have been celebrating each other's birthday XP
In the end we cancelled it coz I was lazy and "ppl couldn't make it" so she "postponed" it. LOL. oops. Sorry Jan! So I arranged to go with Cuifen for CNY shopping at Bugis instead. Funny thing so on Friday night when I was asking her, I was so sleepy waiting for her sms I didn't realise she already sms-ed and was waiting for me to reply such that she had to call me to get my reply XP Hehe. Oops.
So we went CNY shopping at Bugis. It was SUPER crowded and packed. Felt like fainting in Bugis Street. I didn't get to buy my shoes nor dress =( Cui bought her jeans and...something. I don't remember what. We decided to go back to Parco Bugis to get other stuff.
Cui wanted to check some prices at Seoul Garden for her friend who wanted to dine there so I followed. Here's where the interesting story starts. (LOL)
I was helping her check all the Seoul Garden prices for weekends, CNY etc and she was like "ok, let's go". Oh before that we saw Jing Ting and Michelle (cedar guides). Yes, so we walked to the other end of the wing where there were Sakae, some thai restaurant, and a Jap restaurant. I was the menu of the Jap restaurant and decided to stop and look at the desserts. Jing Ting and Michelle came and we were talking.
Later, Cui asked to go back to Seoul Garden to check the credit card prices coz she forgot about that, and we walked back. Passing the thai restaurant, I felt someone kicked me and I was super irritated and shot a glare at the person. Guess what?! It was Janice with Tim and Sarah, trying to hide and waiting for me to spot them! Haha.
So I found out that I was super blind. There were initially sitting outside Sakae (on the left), each holding just a postcard to block their face and walked past them. I even looked in their direction because I saw a postcard stand (FYI: I'm attracted to free postcards. A habit I got from Guides coz we needed postcards for souvenirs etc last time) that was just next to them. I thought I saw a family reading newspapers! HAHA.
They were quite surprised that I didn't see them, since they were so obvious. And while I was talking to Jing Ting and Michelle, I didn't even realise Cui went away to ask them what to do!!!
So when we turned around and walked back to Seoul Garden, they were again seated outside the thai restaurant (on the left) and much closer to me, but I still walked past them. Jan got so irritated she stretched out her leg to kick me! XP HHAHAHAHAHHAAHAAAH!
I can't get over the fact that I was so oblivious to my surroundings and didn't even notice them at all! We ended up eating at the Jap restaurant and I love their mochi dessert!
And I think I surprised my friends at church coz they wanted to surprise me too but I didn't go. XP So in the end, I got my surprise in church on Sunday, which is the actual day of my birthday! =) So I had a celebration in the youth room and had a lovely chocolate cake and presents ^.^ Wheee.
For CNY, I also received bdae ang pows (a first), usually I get a combined one, if not no bdae ang pows. (PS: My bdae has fallen on CNY period for a couple of times) Yup. So i'm quite happy this year. Is it you grow older and ppl remember your bdae more?! Haha.
Now to go back to doing my work and presentation slides =) I'll try to post the bdae photos some other day. Heh.

Thank God for protection!
Was involved in a car accident just last night. My sis was driving then rammed the van infront in its right rear light. I was sitting infront with my sis so it's like I have a direct view of what happened. A little shaken and still can't believe that it happened.
Thankfully our friend was there too, so he took over driving and none of us were hurt. I wanted to get out to see but my door couldn't open. I think the impact crashed the door too. So I had to crawl out from my seat when we reached our destination.
One thing i found amusing was that a few seconds after the accident, the billboard infront of our car showed: "Road accident at AMK Ave 1" Singapore's traffic system is super efficient lah! Haha. That was funny coz they updated so fast!
Sorry jie, but i must rant. I'm just irritated with how it all happened. Careless on your part, yes, but warned you before and you just brushed me aside. I think I'm so irritated and agitated coz I'm still in a state of shock. The feeling is surreal.
But really thank the Lord. We were praying for safe journey and protection before we left the hse and God really kept us safe from injuries. Just take it as a lesson learnt that we need to pay more attention next time.
My parents were away so when my dad came back just now, my sis said he was unhappy but he didn't really scold her. We were also praying that they will handle the situation appropriately and not be too harsh.
THANK YOU JESUS FOR PROTECTING US! ^.^

FINISHED F1!!!!! Whee! ^.^
Regrets:
Didn't get to work at Paddock.
Didn't really get to watch the race.
Enjoyed:
Got the chance to switch back inside instead of working at the fore court.
Made many new friends.
Had a nice time serving.
Had a fun time laughing at people (my friends and some guests).
Like it when the guests thanked me for making their time enjoyable =).
Loved the eating part where we could eat the leftovers. Heh. Oops.

Whee. I liked what I did though I would really have loved to go to the Paddock to work instead. Made many new friends and they were very nice and sociable. =) CHEERS!
Do I look very Chinese? Cause 2 people asked if I was from China. Is that a compliment that my Chinese is good? Well, I'm proud to be a Singaporean Chinese. Yupps =D And I guess everyone warmed up to me quite fast. Haha. Let's just say I'm from many countries! Multi-national!!!!! Or Inter-national!!!! HEH.
The first day rained and I was caught in the heavy rain. Sheesh. Wore my heels and nearly killed my legs. Quite few people because it was only the practice day for the racers. Haziq and I volunteered to go back in when they asked for 2 people from the fore court. We were rather happy. Can get to practice our skills!!! Yay. Then they gave us work shifts and half of them had to go at 6pm because they were on morning shift the next day. The rest had to stay. Ended at 11pm and a group of us got lost walking to the MRT cause of some road blocks and diversions. Sigh. We walked around finding our way to the MRT for 1/2 hour!!!!!! Azila had a really bad blister and decided to walk barefooted in Citylink Mall. Haha. Reminds me of Vanessa and our first 1H03 outing at Orchard.
(1st day: 11am to 11pm - 12 hours!!!)
2nd day was more crowded. Saw familiar faces and they recognised me! Yay! =) That's good. Ate more food. Dinner was nice too!!! Decided to slack a little cause my legs and hands hurt. Especially my left hand. Previous night not really enough people at some point of time and I had to clear a number of plates at one go. My nerve in my left arm really hurt badly throughout the night and into the next day. Applied so much deep heating rub cream! I got to clean plates and serve drinks more than clearing plates. Yay! Azila was lucky that Chef asked her to stay put at the desserts counter to describe and recommend the desserts to the guests. I guess she really needed to rest her feet. Oh oh. The reason why I could relax a little was a number of the people supposed to work morning was asked to work the evening with us instead. Thankfully!
(2nd day: 4.30pm to 11pm - 6.5 hours)
3rd day was MUCH crowded. The 1st level girls started work at 3pm as we knocked off at 11pm but the guys had to stay till closing (perhaps 2-3am?) so they started at 5pm. Arisa, Lyndia and I were asked to help out upstairs for Hi-Tea while we were happily opening wine bottles and learning to open wine bottles downstairs. Upstairs atmosphere was more solemn but I realised the view was MUCH better. 1st level can hardly see the details of the cars and the race. But from the 2nd level it was like a slow motion of the cars as you could see from a distance and still catch the sight of it a distance away. Less blur! Heh.
Due to some confusion the others went for dinner first and I joined....(I just realised I didn't get her name. The cute NYP girl.) and 2 other co-workers for dinner. When we got back, this other person said "hi pearlyn!" and I replied, but I don't recall who's that!!! Oh no. That's bad! =S SORRY! GOMENAI! So while the others worked, I went toilet first and took a few photos. Hehe. Then it was back to work. Enjoyed this day more. Did my work slowly but efficient k! More relaxed and enjoyed it more. We had LOTS to eat after that cause all the guests left to watch the race and by then the race ended, buffet's OVER! Muahahahahh. Sorry. I sound greedy but when you're working hard, you get hungry very easily! Haziq gave us some updates about the race he heard from the guests while interacting with them. Like the pit stop errors that cost Massa his lead position. So sad lah! Heart breaks.
At the end of the race, guests piled back in for their round of drinks to finish the race. This huge group had 4 bottles of champagne! Wow! I tried a little from Chuan Ann. It's NOT nice! I prefer white wine! Okok. So supposed to end at 11pm, but I cleared the drinks till 11.10pm then I decided to carry on till 11.30pm. This way got 1/2 more pay! Anyway the guys needed help clearing too. So before we left, we took some group photos and the girls left.
After we got our cards signed, Azila and I decided to make a move first while Arisa and Lyndia wanted to stay for champagne. We walked to the track to take photos!!!!! YAY! So unglam. We had to climb over the barrier later in our skirts to get off the track. Haha.
(3rd day: 3pm to 11.30pm - 8.5 hours)

Got back, changed and rested before going to airport this morning for QCSM again. Luckily the trainer allowed me to take the forms first otherwise I would have to wait there till 5pm! No more energy le! Left him my contact details just in case any problems.
Wanted to buy my HYD 2 from the moving Poh Kim, but when I got to AMK, it moved already! =( So sad. Now to wait for another sale! Sigh.

It's been such a long time since I've typed anything. Have so much to say, but so lazy to write out.
Watched Hanadan! SOOOOO NICE! ^.^ Specially bought my Hana Yori Dango yesterday and have since been watching! Sighs. So nice! It's so much better than the Chinese adaptation (Meteor Garden). Can't wait to buy part 2 and Gokusen 3 too! =)
Just changed violin teachers. This new teacher seems to be better. Perfects my skills more and expects more too. There's pressure learning under her but just one lesson and I learnt alot more. Back to the basics!
Wheee. I'm looking forward to F1. But big disappointment. At first posted to Paddock to work! PADDOCK!!!!!! Then due to some confusion I was posted here and there and finally to Esplanade Grandstand. Sighs. But there's still regret not being able to work at the Paddock (the start and finish point of the whole race! the VVIP area) -_-.
I hope I chose the correct section to work at the Grandstand. Kind of regretted because I misunderstood the duties of the section I'm in and volunteered for it. Wanted to choose something that is more challenging and practice my skills I learnt as SSM but now, I'm dealing with disposable equipment and only drinks dispensing. =( No matter what, I'll put in my best effort and let the person I'm serving feel happy getting the drink from me! Cheers! SMILE ^.^
I hope I'll get a chance to try bartending at least once.
CYA's getting a little annoying. Simple coordination of things and yet we are facing so many problems. Lord, please be there to guide us and let us manage CYA smoothly and successfully!
I like challenges to jobs. I like doing and completing a good piece of job. But I don't like it when people are hindering me or giving me unnecessary problems.
Was sweeping the floor in the afternoon and using the vaccuum cleaner. Suddenly recalled one of the SSM days at Sugarloaf. Shi Ning so funny! She wanted to check if the vaccuum was finally working after I cleared the clog and put her hand to the suction end. Her hand was sucked to the mouth of the vaccuum with a pop sound! hahahahahaha. The sight was super funny! You should have seen her shocked look!

Oh. Have not blogged for a long time. Lalala...
Whee! Finally finished my 10km Safra marathon! YAY! But I've not finished studying for accounts! Yikes. Not to mention TTO. Have yet to start studying for that X_X I'm SO nervous! God! Please help me and let me enter the exam hall CONFIDENT! Amen!
Last night I think I was too excited for the marathon, and had a tummy full of air. Heh. Hurt so badly! Almost died from the after-effects during my last lap of the race. The air was pushing up against my ribs and chest and made it so hard to breathe! Thank God nothing happened. If you think "Whoa, you can run 10km ah?!" Well, not exactly. Let's just said I ran 8km and walked the 2km. Heh.
(Just listening to FM93.3...discussing about the death of the Korean star in Coffee Prince due to car crash. He's so funny lah, but so sad that he died so early - 27 years old!)
Yupp. So I got my finisher's medal. As long you finish, you get the medal. What surprised me was along the way, SAF guys were 1.walking at the initial part of the race 2. when I started walking because my feet hurt too much, they were walking SLOWER than me!
Not that I have anything against them, it's good that they know their limits, but what I find funny is in the beginning, they chiong (ie make a dash for it) and in the end cannot keep up with the pace and even walked so slowly.
Timo (church friend) ran past me and tapped me. I was wondering who was the irritating person. Oops. Heh. Sorry Timo! XD
The Padang (Starting and Finishing point) became SUPER muddy. Yucks. My shoes' are soiled now. Bleh. Need to buy a new pair anw. It's getting worn out. Haiz. I still like my previous pair which got chewed up by stray dogs at a church camp =(
Watched the Olympics Closing Ceremony. 3 Cheers for China! Really impressive. How they blend modern and tradition and heritage. Love the dresses of the ushers. They are so China yet elegant and graceful. Complements the Chinese and brings out the grand atmosphere totally!
Missed the Opening Ceremony that time because of my fever but China really did themselves proud with such a grand and spectacular Olympics 2008! YAY! Good Job!

*coughs* *sneezes* *shivers* What a way to celebrate National Day!
"Happy Birthday Singapore!!!!"
sighs. Down with a terrible flu and running a fever! =_= I got my fever while at CYA training yesterday evening. I didn't expect it to be so high. I thought I was shivering and feeling cold because I was in the aircon lecture hall too.
Dad brought me to see the doctor after picking me from Compassvale Point. Before I even entered the clinic I could feel the aircon and started to shiver lah!
The doctor saw me for 2 min because I couldn't stop shaking in his room so he hurried. My temperature was 38.6'C.
Went home and the temperature escalated. Had a quick hot bath and slept till today noon. Still having a slight fever and feeling so restless and tired. In addition, I need to study for my geog test on tuesday! Yikes.
God, I pray that You'll heal me completely by tonight so that I have the energy to concentrate and study and for Monday our SSM will be a unbeatable success! In Jesus' name I pray, Amen.

My throat hurts. Had a slight fever just now. Hope I didn't pass it to anyone! =S Crawled out of bed at 9+am and flopped down onto mum's big bed and dazed till 12+pm. I was so lethargic and could hardly move. My limbs had little energy in them.
Oh no. Still have bese individual project, geog reflection, geog quiz, geog test to study for and french quiz!!!!!! YIKES! =S

went out with andrea and miao hong and sarah after tto/geog tour. bought my new wallet and make-up bag! ^.^ smiles
Sarah went off and the rest of us ta-pau food and stood next to the escalator in bugis eating lunch. haha.
We went to the arcade later coz MH wanted to throw baskets. Silly Miao Hong. Out of 5 stray balls, she "aimed" 4 at me lah! I switched sides and the balls flew towards me! Her last stray ball whacked right into my right cheek when I turned to spot other htm friends. I just turned and told her some of the other htm ppl here and next thing I knew, WHACKED! Smacked right into my face and this little boy next to me was so sweet lah. He helped pick up the ball. ARGH! MIAO HONG!

STOP TAKING ADVANTAGE OF ME! I'm super fed up and irritated. I wish I could be utterly selfish and mean but I don't to be that way. Yet I don't like it when people are taking advantage of me when they don't put in effort and do their part! GET THIS: I'm not schooling for you!
I'm just super irritated that I make the effort to attend classes and have to become other people's notebook and be taken for granted. Do you know how it feels to be in that position where you painstakingly copy notes etc and others just use it as if it's "natural". I really don't mind if I know the person puts in some effort to do their part but I don't like being treated like such! ARGH! Waste of my time and money.
You just caught me in a super foul mood and I'm not done studying yet which makes me more agitated. GROWLLLLLSSS. >:[

Ah ha. So funny! Was watching a Korean variety show on KBS World. Can't really remember what's the name of the show.
The participants were playing charades. A star is paired up with a member of the public and the guest has to give clues for the star to guess the word.
The last pair was funny. The lady was supposed to give clues to the male star but she's not Korean. I think she's Chinese working there. So she wasn't that well-versed with Korean. She'll suddenly turn around and ask her friends in Chinese for help! =)
Then here's one of the words she had to describe:
Lady: People chasing police.
Can you guess the word?
Male: Robbers! [?!]
Hosts: CORRECT! [?!?!]
Haha. I thought it's the other way round! ^.^ And when asked how the star guessed it, he replied "I must think at her level!" What duh!?!
Anyway. I'm rather excited. Working in F1. But I've no idea where's my area exactly. It states Paddock but when I tried to find it on the F1 map, I can't find it! Shall be waitressing! Whee! So exciting and scary! I hope I don't drop/spill anything.

Sorry Manda and Dee. Was pulled up to Top Table last minute to help! Ahh...
Well this was what happened:
Monday. SSM. I'm at Sugarloaf! Outdoor Sales! Whoot! Yay! And just nice that day I wasn't feeling too good, so outdoor sales was perfect where I could work at a slower pace. My duty was to push cart around TP selling Sugarloaf products.
During grooming, we found out we had VVIP event ie they need 7 "volunteers" to help out at Vista (our restaurant foyer for invited guests) and Top Table had 4 absentees - of which 3 were crucial positions: a captain and 2 waiters and we found out later, all 3 were supposed to be working at the same station. ie Whole of station 2 was absent. And THANK YOU JEROME, the headwaiter for Top Table that day for picking me to replace the waiter! RAHS AT YOU!
So in a minute, I was happy-outdoor sales-push cart to work alot-don't know menu for that day-sick-waitress! Thanks ALOT Jerome. You owe me BIG time!
Thankfully Vista was serving nearly 30 pax so they capped Top Table at 40 guests. I was later assigned to station 3 instead cause they realised whole of station 2 was replacements from Sugarloaf and they need to shuffle the people so that those prepared for the day can help us. But luckily we were previously at Top Table so we knew how operations were like.
Service was rather smooth overall and I'm really surprised and impressed by this group's coordination. It was nice and less stressful to work with this group and little glitches. Our station was quite ok too.
I just can't stand Mr S. It's as if he eats dynamites and shoots off at people at the slightest bit of irritation. I wanted to adjust the waiter's cloth myself and he scolded me "What's wrong with you?! I've done it for you, why are you adjusting it?!" And he grabbed the cloth from me to position it on the plate again. In the end I didn't want to use another waiter's cloth for the other plate and rushed to serve the scalding plate to the guests. Burnt my fingers. Ouch. But seriously I don't like the way he "advises". I want to try and find my own style of service and here I am scolded for doing so. Sigh.
Yup yup. So here's my sad tale. And I won't be able to do outdoor sales this term again! I'm really sad. =(

Oh oh. I forgot to blog abt this that day. We were in the lec hall for accounting and decided to be crappy. At least Janice did. Haha. So she asked us to call her Mary Bell. I randomly said she'll do "ding dong" bell, and next thing I knew, I became ding dong bell! Rah!
Cui Fen became Jingle Bell and Chuan Ann was Dumb Bell. Oops. Hahahaha. The Bell family - crazy and retarded!
Went to practice for SSM test next mon. Went yesterday too. I'm getting the hang of opening and pouring wine *I hope*. O Lord, please let Mr Neo be my examiner! Amen! Because he's the one teaching me and Shining these two days what the test is about, so best if he can test us because we practice using his style. Argh. I hope I can go back this Friday to practice. But from the looks of it, it's going to be very crowded and Mr Neo doesn't know if we can go back. We can try though *crosses fingers and prays hard*
Today, campus crusade distribute Naked-I magazines to the students. I got down the bus and someone handed me a copy. At first I rejected coz I din want anything, then I caught a glimpse of the magazine and found it super familiar. Next thing I knew, I looked up and saw Joelle with some others giving out the magazines. She gave me some to give to classmates. Should have taken more! Well, it seems to be attracting the attention of most people and interesting them to read it! =)

I accidentally kicked into the door and it started bleeding. It's really painful and I'm scared that it'll drop off! =_= *cries* It really hurts.
I'm not sure if I cut my toe nail too deep or I kicked it in but it just hurts like crazy.

Got back from camp. Was QM there. Argh. The campers really need to be screamed at to get things done!
QM job is horrible and tiring. Din know I was QM till I got there. And my poor kitchen kept getting infested with ants! =S Sheesh.
But thank God for the last day/morning. Woke up to loud thunders which were a "sure" sign of heavy rain, but I prayed hard and tried my best to believe that it wouldn't rain. Guess what? It did rain, just a slight drizzle and super sunny and hot after that! AMEN! Wheeeeee ^.^
ok, now back to doing projects and hw.

I'm really upset now with people and work. I'm really doing my best can't you see?! If you're going to be biased against me and overlook what I'm doing = doing my part, then go away! Stop making it seem as if I'm not doing my part and neglecting my work. I've really never felt so wronged and disappointed with myself or working with other people before. This is like really bad lah! And the worst thing is: I've no idea why you're reacting as such. It's really hurting.
Feigning ignorance does not help the situation, nor does avoiding.
Lord, just show me what I have to do to be a better team player so that there's less fiction and negative feelings. Or what's going wrong. Amen.

Went to watch Kungfu Panda with Viv n Sarah. It's SUPER FUNNY!!! ^.^ HAH. LOL. It was really entertaining and hilarious. A great movie to relax! =)

updates on the test:
one word: YIKES!
I went in and was the first (with sarah)! GASP! Nervous. Was rushing to clean my equipment. When I got assigned to my station, I thought: Yay! Mr Chia's my invigilator! Guess what? Horrors of horrors! Mr Goh came in and sat down. "Ok. Tell me when you are ready to start." O.O MR GOH?!?!?!?!?! AHHHH!!!! I'M SO DEAD!
Well he was ok. I did not know that I had to wipe the table but I did so briefly before he started. So when he asked, I answered so confidently "yes", but he somehow managed to scrape out some dirt. Fine. But as expected, I failed the timing for the first task, but in the end my accuracy also not there, so die. Then he was like "You are the first person I've seen with such a long time and it didn't really pay off with the accuracy part" I'm so sad! =(
Sigh. Well, unfair. I was in Salt and Pepper with Sarah and she could leave her glasses of water inside but I had to place mine at the bar counter, 20m away! So guess what? When he said "start", I RAN to the bar and "fetched" my glasses of water back to serve! RAH! I couldn't complain coz it was sarah. I would have done so if it was someone else, but I knew Sarah needed the extra time cause she didn't get as much practice as I did. Love me, sarah! XP
Mr Goh forgot to place the identities of my "guests" so when I served the glasses of water, I addressed them all as Mdms. Heh! Yay! ^.^ Then he hurried to place the identities and was I lucky he forgot in the first place. The order was such that I would have to go ROUND and ROUND to serve/clear the covers. But silly dishes had such a long description, I had a hard time trying to read the description on the card in the dim lighting. (Another disadvantage in the VIP room, it's not as bright as outside.)
Thank God I managed to clear the plates well enough. =) Cheers. So now, all I can pray for is a good pass, perhaps a B+? *I'm being hopeful and having faith in the Lord.*
Orkay. That was for the test.
I watched Narnia Prince Caspian with Val, Audrey and Kevin and my sis. It's super nice! I really appreciate the way the movie is so related to the biblical context. At some parts, it's really waking my senses that would I be like Prince Caspian/Peter who nearly sold their lives to the witch by giving her their blood for power? Or even when Lucy was asked by Aslan what stopped her from going to find him....it was her fear. Sigh. I would love to watch it again.

Please let me pass with flying colours Lord! Amen.
Need to prepare equip, set table (which I've trouble with the wine glasses), serve table (the plates are going to be heated!) and clear table (there goes the cutlery. I hope I don't crash.)
Ok. I'm seriously excited because I like SSM. But I'm afraid to be disappointed if I can't perform well tmr. Let's leave this in God's hands to watch over me. =)

Ah Lek was asked to make a sentence using 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10. Not only did he do it 1 to 10, he did it again from 10 back to 1. This is what he came up with.....
1 day I go 2 climb a 3 outside a house to peep. But the couple saw me, so I panic and 4 down. The man rushed out and wanted to 5 with me.. I ran until I fell 6 and threw up. So I go into 7 -eleven and grabbed some 8 to throw at him. Then I took a 9 and try to stab at him. 10 God he run away.
10 I put the 9 back and pay for the 8 and left 7 -eleven. Next day I called my boss and told him I was 6 . He said 5 , tomorrow also no need to come back 4 work. He also asked me to go climb a 3 and jump down. I don't understand. I am so nice 2 him but I don't know what he 1.

Thank God for His covering and protection.
Was involved in a near-road accident just now. After violin lesson, was on my way home on 851 at 2+pm. Those who have taken this company of buses will know that these bus drivers drive very fast and the structure of the bus does not help as it is extremely difficult to balance especially when i comes to a halt.
I stood in the front section of the long caterpillar bus (the area facing the door for ppl to stand). I was daydreaming but could tell the bus was travelling rather fast. Next thing I knew, I found myself crashing into this male-youth on my right. Heard uncles and aunties around saying that this car suddenly cut in front of the bus that's why it came to a sudden stop.
I was extremely apologetic to this youth cause he crashed into the railing of the seat infront facing forward. It was embarrasing and a little funny come to think of it as he was in much pain but I must really thank Jesus for sending this thin guy to cushion my fall. I really can't imagine if he wasn't there, I think I would really crash into the railing of that seat and hurt myself real bad as I would have flown from my leaning position at the other end of the area.
Had a little skin scraped off and may have injured my right arm when I crashed into the railing and glass window on the side. Otherwise, no serious injuries. Other passengers were alright but a few had minor injuries too. I think the lady seated right at the back fell from her seat. Not too sure. Was too preoccupied with processing what just happen to really notice around me.
Held on tightly to the railing on my left after that.
To the guy who unexpectedly cushioned my fall: Really sorry and THANK YOU SO MUCH! You really saved me.
Jesus, thank you for protecting me such that I suffered minimal injuries and no one was seriously hurt. Thank you for letting the bus not be crowded whereby if more people were standing, there would be many more casualties. Thank you for keeping the bus intact and letting this not be a road accident when more damage could be done. Please heal my right arm because I think I twisted it and let my rib that took the impact not become bruised/painful. Amen.

I'm really upset with myself today.
I lost $50 and I've NO idea where or even when I lost it! =(
Sobs. Went for CYA yesterday and I am very sure it was still in my wallet because I took money out to bring with me and I decided not to bring the $50 just in case I dropped it. From then, I've not opened my wallet.
This morning in the com lab, I took my wallet out to transfer the money left from my CYA wallet and I opened to an empty wallet! I can't believe/understand where my money disappeared. Really sad now. I feel so bad to my daddy. Recently have been asking alot from him and now, I lost $50 that he just passed me yesterday to top up my EZ link. The only cash I have in my wallet was the $60 he passed to me to see the doctor.
I'm seriously upset, sad, irritated, frustrated, lost as to what happened.
"Jesus, I send my finding-angels out to recover my lost money, in Your name I pray, Amen."
Let me believe that You'll see me through Lord. Or at least let me recall where and when I might have lost it.

It was funny. Cause I was wearing slippers and I din dare to go up because was afraid Mr Goh would scold. Then I decided to wait outside Sugarloaf for the class to be over. After a while, I was wondering why lessons still not over, then I realised lessons end at 4pm and not 3pm. Heh.
So I started my silent climb up the stairs to TT. I heard Mr Goh's voice nearby and paused. Took a step up to see where he was, and when I saw him at the bar, I stopped at the stairs. Next thing I knew, the door closed behind me. I thought it was some student and was very happy, in the end it was another staff! Oops!
He was like "Girl, why are you standing here?"
"To find Ms Mak, Sir."
"Just go in and find! Don't need to be so scared and stay here!" (Oh no. Oops XP )
So I went in and Mr Neo directed me to Ms Mak in the stewarding area. I saw Mr Goh and was praying so hard he wouldn't look at my slippers! Heh. Thankfully he didn't.
I found Ms Mak and was asked to book with Serene the hostess for that day. It was cute as it was obvious she was memorising her lines and spilling them out. She sounded so robotic! ^.^ I hope I won't be like that! =S
Alrights. So booked for 7 pax next Friday at 11.30am.

Had a surprise 18th birthday celebration for sarah on wed @ Fish and Co. They had some birthday trick and treat for her (and some other birthday girl) at the end of our meal. Shan't go into the details. Lazy. But Maurice spoilt half of the surprise and thank you Blob for letting Sarah off from debates! ^.^

ACKS! I DON'T LIKE DEBRIEFING!
Had to debrief for cca today and it's scary coz I've to get participants to talk and it's different from sec sch where you just give feedback. Here, you need them to feedback on themselves. =S
Well, I guess I'll learn from practice. But it's still scary.
Thank God for the weather though.
It was super dark and threatening and I was just praying with little faith that Jesus will not let it rain. Oh before that I was praying for time because I was late. In the end, I was late for less than 5 min, which is actually quite surprising because 15min before, I just left hse, and normally I take at least 20 min to reach sch.
Yup. But when the first drops of rain fell, I guess I lost faith and turned to humans to find the solution (ie wet weather plan). But something just tugged at me, telling me I should have just kept quiet and prayed more because the drops suddenly stopped.
So I prayed a simple prayer to Jesus: Lord, please send wind to blow the dark clouds away. Please do not let it rain and give us fine weather.
Actually I started praying on the way to sch because it was pouring and I hardly knew the wet weather games we were playing and I was to debrief the ELFs, so it was worrying.
Thankfully God was gracious and merciful, and loves to kid with His people. He sent winds to blow fine clouds to cover us from the sun and gave us cool breeze. I recall hearing from gor gor that God loves to mess you up when you start to become a perfectionist and plan your own ways instead of following His. Well, I guess today was that day. Jesus decided to mess up my plans and this made me trust Him more to work out the plan for me. Luckily God's funny and kind. He planned the whole day today for me such that my dreaded wet weather plan need not be executed.
So I am really thankful for God to be faithful to me, not giving up on me or leaving me to die because recently, I've really fallen onto the wrong tracks and almost gave up finding faith to trust in Him ever again.
After cca and AO dry run, I rushed to church for youth. There, again I asked God to give me time so that I can reach church on time. Well, I guess I didn't reach on time, a little late, but also because I went to buy prata for my lunch @ 5.15pm.

Haha. On tuesday, I was in the lab with my lappie for Geog lesson. So I had two sets of com running side by side. Then while packing, Daryl was helping me. Just as we were about to leave, he was like: "Hey you didn't keep your mouse!"
I thought I was that forgetful and starting looking about for it.
"Where?"
"There!" He said pointing to a mouse.....the one that was attached to the sch PC! Hahahahahahax
LOL. Funny guy. Was embarrased after that.
Today had french lec and biz etiquette class. French lec came with a bad news: They are cancelling that french lec slot because too few ppl, so now, I have to go for tuesday's lec and have a 4h long break in between! RAH!
After biz etiquette class, we saw something so sweet. This guy was holding a bouquet of white roses and waiting outside our class. It turned out that he was waiting for one of our classmates and was planning to woo her. So sweet right?! The whole class camped outside the room to watch the "show". Haha. But in the end, we left them to it, not to further embarrass them. Hah. So nice =) I wonder what happened in the end.
So irritating. Dad left my plastic forks and spoons in his car and I had to rush down from sch to his sch to collect it and rush back! And all he could say was: You should have gone opp sch to buy!
Right....You know, buy=need money. And since he was the one who first suggested giving the ones we had from home, he should have realised that it's no longer in the budget because it's solved! IRRITATING! Growls. So I was panicky and really irritated.
Crusade Welcome Tea for freshies was great! Some RP students came too =) Estella and Ezekial were there too. So glad to see some of my accion freshies there ^.^
I'm super drained of energy, time and air to breathe. Tml have CYA and I have yet to submit my online quiz for Geog which is due Fri noon and seeing tml is ending real late for me, and fri have lessons, I have NO idea how I'm going to manage. Jesus, I need you to help me, give me time, wisdom and rest!

Okie. Here are the photos to yesterday's bdae celebrations for Shi Han and Candice! Oh, and Si Ning's SHOWDOWN game. Haha. Watch out for her on TV! XP She got $20 just to play the game and be filmed. Haha.
Yu Rong and Keet were there too! So happy to see them! We got free samples of Gloria Jean Coffee! YUMMY! I want more! Heh.
Breeks is nice! But expensive too! The fish was mmm-mmm! Hahaha. Ok. I'm hungry. Cake was yummy too. Pris intro tt time when we got one for kelvin. Oooo....Suddenly feel the urge to eat it.
Sigh. I still seem to have a slight cough. May God heal!
We ended the day at Coffee Bean and chatted till late. MISS YOU PEOPLE!!! =(

Opened my bottle of Muscato D'Asti yesterday. I was SO confident that I'll open it successfully and even assured my mum that it won't pop because I've got THE technique. Woe and behold! I didn't expect the cork to be shorter so I pulled it too far out and just when I held the cork to rock it open, it shot out with my wine opener and flew out. Of course my mum was angry and well, I could find no excuse to defend myself. Sigh. Talk about shattering confidence.
CYA today was fun. Had a feedback form. It's nice to be in CYA. I really love it. Oh "floating" about is ok. I like being at counter but being a floater has its advantages too.

Today's SSM was tiring, fun, painful and BAD.
My pinkies are still swollen from holding the plates! My fingers seriously need to exercise! They are sore and red and swollen. I mean the pinkies. The other fingers are alright.
We ended lessons super early today coz we won the Open Wine Bottle competition. Some guy open the bottle within the 15 secs! Whee! 3 Cheers for him! =)
So we went for a long lunch break then trotted back to go practice on our own. Mr Goh was there to help.
I think holding the plates are alright. I think the weight is heavy, 1.1kg min, but is not my main issue. My biggest concern is my sweaty palms. It seems that only when I touch the plates they get super sweaty and causes me to lose total grip of my plates! =(
Love the wine corking and opening part. It was fun. Pouring wine was alright, though I have yet to master Ms Mak's way of pouring. Oh oh. I bought some cheap Blackberry Merlot to try bottle opening! Haha. Wanted to buy the Handpicked - Muscato D'Asti, but cannot find!!!
Losing so much hair because of the spraying etc. Oh my.
But really, I want to thank God. So many times I could have been picked out by Mr Goh for a good lecture, but many times, he just walks past me and doesn't seem to notice me but of those around me. Take for example my shoes, I seriously forgot that I needed to polish my shoes cause I thought I just bought them, they are ok. And I could have been asked why I din polish them, but somehow, he noticed the girl next to me instead and really reprimanded her for wearing a worn down pair of shoes.
And even for plate carrying, he did not pull me out to ask why can't I handle them.
I think the SSM teachers are one thing: Strict for your own good. They are only nasty if the attitude's the problem. Because if you have the right attitude and put in your best effort to try, they will help you and not scold you for making mistakes.

Whees...First week of sch is over ALREADY!!!! Oh wow.
SSM was fun man! I balanced the trays! Erm. Except for the big tray. It's SUPER heavy! Haha. Met my class twice this wk. As in really introduced. Know some peeps, the rest, I'll get to know them soon.
Love french classes (lec n tutorials) ^.^ Comment ca va? Giuliano is so nice lah! =)
Went for FHA. Oh my. It was lovely. Went around koping food and wine samples. XP
It's the food and hospitality exhibition only opened to trade visitors. Oh. I went for tuesday's one. My SSM on Mon, so actually I can't go. Then i asked Cui Fen to help me ask Mr Tai if I want to go, how? So on Tues, when I was ALREADY on my way to sch on the bus, at macpherson area, Cui Fen called me to tell me I could go, but I need to reach by 1.30pm. And guess what? The time was 12pm! I alighted and ran to Aljunied Road to take a cab home. I needed to make my hair, wear my uni and reach by 1.30pm! And for those who dunno what's SSM's standard of uniform, for my lesson on Monday, I woke up at 5.30am and spent one hour on my hair! So you can imagine what a rush it was.
And thank God, I was praying that He'll give me time. And wow! I finished dressing up and hair made within half an hr! I was home at 12.30pm and left my hse at 1pm to take a cab and fly down to expo!
Inside FHA was fun! We went around the booths to try their sample. And mind you, we CANNOT buy anything! Haha. Whee! So all we had to do was ask for a sample. =) I love this kind of exhibitions! Yums.
I dun like the parma ham Eugene was raving abt. YUCKS. SO SALTY! And he went for so many helpings! In summary:
Mr Chia recommended to us Inland Trading at Australia section. (We met him there.) We found his friend Brian Lin and he gave us SO MANY samples of the wide collection of wines he had at the booth! O.O Chuan Ann parked himself there and got high lah! Haha.
We made Chuan Ann and Eugene swallow water and other non-alcoholic beverages cause they were getting drunk. Haha.
I love Mr Govin's recommendation. (We met him there with his business partner.) He asked us to go to Pinnacle...booth and try their new collection of Handpicked. I love the Muscato D'Asti! I'm gg to buy a bottle. It's white and SWEET! ^.^ Went to Cold Storage yesterday but could not find it. Found Cab Sauv and something else but not Muscato. =( Sigh.
Fell in love with the slightly sweet Jap sake too! =)
Blue cheese was quite nice. I liked it.
Actually, I'm not sure if I really tasted the actual taste of all the foods I consumed. Had a blocked nose. Heh.
Alright. Still uploading the Accion stuff. Mission Trip stuff not all given to me yet. Yups.

Just got back from FO Sentosa Outing and bathed. So ready to sleep.
Din go church today -_- Had workshop at Changi Airport first. That ended in the afternoon then I headed down to Sentosa. Seriously din mean to skip Youth. But by the time I leave from airport, I think Youth would be ending. Sorry Nana and Gor and Xiaona! Okok. These are just excuses. If I really meant to go, nothing would stop me right? Oh man. Feel so bad now. Sigh.
Woke up really early this morning to go for my service workshop coz dad heard the time wrongly and woke me up nearly an hour earlier! =_= We saw this taxi that crashed into the sign board until the one of its leg was broken and the whole board twisted. It's not the normal small road signs but the big direction board pointing to turn for the T2 carpark etc!
Then we had the workshop and later I left for Sentosa.
Quite a number of ppl turned up. Whee. I saw my EC =) Cheers. Haha. Well, I'm happy my freshies remember me! ^.^ Sigh, but my memory doesn't really serve me well. Can't remember some names. If not, I can remember the name and face but they can't link. So in the end, I always need them to give me some hints to their first letter of their name. Oops. Sorry!
Alright. I'm really not in a mood to blog abt FO. It was great. Loved the cheers and performances esp by Main Comm. Once I'm done uploading all the videos and photos from FO and outing, I'll paste the link in a new post. For now, you can see from Accion blog. Uploaded some there. Not done though.
Nervous and excited for Monday to come. SSM!!!!! My hair styling is still not a success!!! JIA YOU LE! ^.^
